Equiano Rum

The most awarded rum of 2020! A collaboration between Foursquare Distillery in Barbados and Grey's Distillery in Mauritius.

Blended by rum producer of the year Richard Seale, Equiano’s distinct liquid starts at emerging new world producers, Gray’s Distillery in Mauritius, where 100% pure rum matures in ex-cognac casks for a minimum of 10 years. Blended with award winning ex-bourbon cask rum from Foursquare in Barbados, Richard has produced a rum that is quite simply, like no other. 100% natural rum with no added flavourings or sugar.

The flavour profile is full and enticing, with lovely note of vanilla from the barrel ageing, butterscotch and ginger notes as well as hints of bitter marmalade and dark chocolate. Yummy!
