Domaine de la Chaise Touraine Chenin Blanc

A delightful Chenin Blanc from it's spiritual homeland, the Loire Valley. Whilst technically dry, this wine is full of ripe fruit and has an almost viscous mouthfeel. A great alternative for someone who loves the intensity of fruit in a demi-sec Vouvray, but is keen on freshness too. The density of stone-fruit (with apricot, peach and greengage filling the palate) is balanced with citrus freshness and a salivating lick of minerality.
