2024 edition of DEYA's annual Steady Rolling Strata release!

From the brewery: Steady Rolling Strata is an interpretation of our most important beer - Steady Rolling Man.
The base recipe is the same as for Steady; plenty of oats, NEIPA water profile and a fruity English ale yeast.
We switch out all of the usual hop additions for Strata as a showcase of this amazing variety from Indie Hops.
We use bang fresh Strata that we selected during hop harvest in September, flown straight to the UK and direct into tank.
